Under what conditions does change occur?

Except for the special designs you bought from gulnatural.com, all products are exchanged if the product is defective. If the reason for the change is an error in the product, the shipping charges for the changes belong to us. If a change will be made for a different reason, the cargo will belong to you. In order to be able to exchange, your purchase must meet the following conditions.

You must send the product to us with the invoice within one week from the delivery date. (The products must be sent with the contracted cargo, Sürat Kargo. If there is no defect in the product caused by our company, the cargo fees are covered by the customer and can be sent with any cargo.)

The product must be unused.

You must send the product with all its accessories and box.

Required Conditions and Principles for Return:

1. Returns must be made with the product's invoice, original box and/or packaging within 7 days at the latest after the product reaches you.
2. In cases where any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use and other conditions are detected in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned as it was when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.
3. The packaging is opened/deteriorated, destroyed or has lost its economic value/resaleability, used even once, damaged in any way, in any way that cannot be purchased by another customer for reasons not originating from our Company, etc. Returns of products are not accepted.

In all cases where the reason for the return is caused by the buyer, the remaining amount is refunded after the shipping fee is deducted from the product price.

In the event that the customer returns the product or withdraws from his shopping, your return request is approved within ten (10) days after the necessary examinations are made from the moment the returned product reaches our company and if the return conditions and conditions are met, and the product price is returned on the first Thursday following it. The product return fee to the credit card is made by your bank between 2-6 weeks. During this period, our company has no savings, and our company has no responsibility. In the refund of installment credit card payments, the entire amount is paid to the bank of your credit card in one go.
